Our services can also be tailored to your individual needs, however the following services will always be provided unless otherwise specified:
- Collect monthly contributions – monthly automatic withdrawal is available
- Follow-up of delinquent accounts – Prepare and register subsequent legal proceedings as required
- Issue cheques for payment of invoices – subject to board approval and signatures
- Submit government remittance as required
- Maintain operating and reserve fund bank accounts and reserve fund investments
- Financial reporting on a monthly basis
Administrative & Clerical
Additional costs billed separately. For services other than those listed above, cost is determined by hours and disbursements. (For example, additional paperwork billed by the Land Titles Office for documents pertaining to a condominium corporation, such as copies of Certificate of Title, lien searches and document filing).
